Who We Are

Dreamweaver Mentoring is an in-school group mentoring program for middle and high school students. Our program focuses on helping at-risk youth carve out a clear path to healthy adulthood. We empower students to believe in themselves and make positive life choices that help them achieve social, emotional, and educational success.

Who do we serve

We serve middle and high school boys and girls ages 12-18 through a
partnership with HISD (Houston Independent School District). Our campus-based mentoring model challenges young men and women to their fullest potential.
